The **WFI-1000 Multi-Column Distillation Plant** is a continuous, multi-stage evaporation system designed to produce high-purity, pyrogen-free Water for Injection from Purified Water feed. Operating on the principle of falling film evaporation across 5 column stages, the plant recovers latent heat from steam generated in preceding columns, delivering exceptional thermal efficiency with minimum boiler steam consumption.

Multi-Effect Thermal Efficiency: 5-column stage design reduces plant steam consumption by up to 70% compared to single-stage stills.

Double Tube-Sheet (DTS) Exchangers: Eliminates cross-contamination between cooling water and pure WFI distillate.

Continuous Quality Monitoring: The critical attribute of the generated utility is measured continuously, with automatic diversion of out-of-specification output.
