The **VWT-200 Aseptic Vial Washing and Sterilizing Tunnel** is a turnkey pre-treatment solution for injectable vials ranging from 2 mL to 100 mL. The system begins with an ultrasonic immersion pre-wash bath that dislodges particulate matter, followed by an indexing rotary washing turret with independent needle arrays. Cleaned vials transfer into the depyrogenation tunnel (up to 350°C) delivering a 3-log endotoxin reduction under Grade A airflow.

Ultrasonic Decontamination Bath: High-frequency 40 kHz ultrasonic transducers loosen microscopic glass particles before needle washing.

Continuous 350°C Depyrogenation: Hot-air laminar velocity of 0.45 m/s across the sterilizing zone guarantees endotoxin destruction.

Recorded Final Rinse Conductivity: Final rinse water quality is measured and written to the batch record, giving objective evidence that the cleaning cycle completed to specification.

Validated Cycle Recipes: Wash, rinse and dry stages run to stored recipes, so the qualified cycle is reproduced exactly on every load.
