Gripper fingers invert each container 180° over fine injection needles, executing a six-stage washing sequence with DI water, recycled WFI, compressed air, and fresh final WFI rinse.

180-Degree Container Inversion Grippers: Ensures complete internal liquid drainage with zero chemical carryover.

Recorded Final Rinse Conductivity: Final rinse water quality is measured and written to the batch record, giving objective evidence that the cleaning cycle completed to specification.

Validated Cycle Recipes: Wash, rinse and dry stages run to stored recipes, so the qualified cycle is reproduced exactly on every load.
