Can the same pan run aqueous and organic coating?

Yes, with the appropriate solvent-rated configuration. Organic coating requires a flameproof build, solvent recovery handling and nitrogen inerting, which must be specified at order rather than retrofitted.

How is coating uniformity verified?

Uniformity is verified by weight gain across a sampled population and, where the product requires it, by dissolution testing of coated tablets sampled from defined pan positions during the performance qualification.

What warranty applies to this machine?

Machines are supplied with a 12-month warranty from commissioning covering manufacturing defects, with wear parts and tooling excluded. Extended cover is available under an annual maintenance contract, which also fixes response times for breakdown attendance.

What documentation is supplied at handover?

Handover includes the operation and maintenance manual, electrical and pneumatic schematics, the spare parts list with part numbers, material test certificates for contact parts, sensor calibration certificates and the completed qualification dossier.

The **PSC-36 Sugar Coating Pan** provides the classical tumbling geometry required for building multi-layer sugar coats and high-gloss wax polishing on tablets and confectioneries. Built in solid AISI 316 stainless steel with a variable speed gearbox, the PSC-36 includes an adjustable hot-air blowing lance and exhaust hood.

Classic Pear Geometry: Ensures circular rolling motion required for high-luster wax polishing.

Closed-Loop Bed Temperature Control: Inlet air, exhaust and bed temperatures are controlled against the recipe, with spray suspended automatically if the bed leaves the qualified window.

Fully Perforated Pan Airflow: Airflow is distributed evenly through the tablet bed, reducing drying gradients and the risk of twinning or over-wetting.
