Capsules failing rectification are separated before the dosing station, and unlocked or deformed capsules are removed after closing. Rejects discharge to a lockable container so reconciliation can be completed at batch close.

What warranty applies to this machine?

Machines are supplied with a 12-month warranty from commissioning covering manufacturing defects, with wear parts and tooling excluded. Extended cover is available under an annual maintenance contract, which also fixes response times for breakdown attendance.

What documentation is supplied at handover?

Handover includes the operation and maintenance manual, electrical and pneumatic schematics, the spare parts list with part numbers, material test certificates for contact parts, sensor calibration certificates and the completed qualification dossier.

How is fill weight verified during a run?

Weight is checked at start-up, at every 30-minute interval and at each shift change against the in-process specification. Machines specified with an inline checkweigher record every capsule and divert out-of-tolerance units automatically, writing the result to the batch record.

What is required to change from powder to pellet dosing?

Pellet dosing uses a separate dosing disc and feed assembly. The changeover is mechanical, takes approximately one shift including cleaning, and the machine is re-qualified for the new format under an abbreviated OQ.
