The **LCF-80 Liquid Capsule Filling & Banding Line** provides a leak-proof solution for filling oils, lipid-based self-emulsifying drug delivery systems (SEDDS), and viscous semi-solids into hard gelatin or HPMC two-piece capsules. The system doses liquids at temperatures up to 70°C, followed by dual-layer precision gelatin band sealing and forced ambient drying.

Heated Ceramic Dosing Pumps: Jacketted liquid hoppers and valveless ceramic rotary pumps maintain viscosity for lipid formulations.

Dual-Station Gelatin Band Sealer: Applies two independent gelatin or HPMC seal bands over the capsule joint, preventing leakage.

Automatic Capsule Rectification: Capsules are oriented and separated before dosing, with unrectified units removed ahead of the filling station.

Recipe-Driven Changeover: Size and format parameters are stored per product, so a changeover recalls the qualified settings rather than relying on manual adjustment.
