What tooling standards does the machine accept?

The turret is built for TSM or EU standard tooling, specified at order. Tooling is supplied with hardness and dimensional certificates, and we hold change parts for both standards to support multi-product sites.

How is compression force monitored?

Strain gauges on the compression rollers sample every tablet. Tablets outside the set force window are rejected automatically, and the force trend is logged against the batch record for later review.

Can the press handle bi-layer or effervescent products?

Bi-layer configurations are available with an additional fill station and interim compression. Effervescent products require a dehumidified enclosure holding the compression zone below 20% RH, which we supply as an integrated option.

What warranty applies to this machine?

Machines are supplied with a 12-month warranty from commissioning covering manufacturing defects, with wear parts and tooling excluded. Extended cover is available under an annual maintenance contract, which also fixes response times for breakdown attendance.

What documentation is supplied at handover?

Handover includes the operation and maintenance manual, electrical and pneumatic schematics, the spare parts list with part numbers, material test certificates for contact parts, sensor calibration certificates and the completed qualification dossier.

The **DTP-21 Core Coated Tablet Press** produces tablet-in-tablet formulations, separating incompatible active ingredients into an inner core and outer mantle. Core tablets are fed from a dedicated vibratory bowl, placed precisely in the center of the bottom powder layer, and compressed under 80 kN force.

Optical Core Centering Verification: High-speed camera verifies that every core tablet is perfectly positioned before final compression.

Force-Based Tablet Rejection: Every tablet is compared against the set compression force window, with out-of-tolerance tablets rejected automatically and logged.

Segregated Compression Zone: The compression area is isolated from the drive and lubrication systems, preventing cross-contamination of the product path.
