Does the line support serialisation and aggregation?

Yes. Cartoner-level serialisation with print-and-verify and case aggregation is available, and the data can be handed to your site or corporate serialisation system over a standard interface.

What warranty applies to this machine?

Machines are supplied with a 12-month warranty from commissioning covering manufacturing defects, with wear parts and tooling excluded. Extended cover is available under an annual maintenance contract, which also fixes response times for breakdown attendance.

What documentation is supplied at handover?

Handover includes the operation and maintenance manual, electrical and pneumatic schematics, the spare parts list with part numbers, material test certificates for contact parts, sensor calibration certificates and the completed qualification dossier.

Which forming films does the machine run?

The machine runs PVC, PVDC-coated PVC, Aclar and cold-form aluminium laminate. Forming temperature, dwell and cooling are stored per recipe, so a film change is a recipe selection rather than a manual re-setup.

How is seal integrity confirmed?

Seal parameters are monitored continuously and logged per batch. Destructive testing by methylene blue dye penetration is performed at a defined frequency, and machines can be specified with inline vision inspection of the seal area.

About the AP-600 Continuous High-Speed Cartoning Line

The **AP-600 Continuous Cartoner** represents our fastest cartoning machine platform. Equipped with four rotary suction heads and dual servo leaflet inserters, the machine comfortably packages blisters, bottles, and sachets at 600 cartons per minute with zero carton marking.

Motorized Ergonomic Carton Infeed: Allows loading of up to 2,000 flat cartons at once without interrupting high-speed runs.

Recipe-Stored Forming Parameters: Forming temperature, dwell and cooling are held per film type, so switching material is a recipe change rather than a re-setup.

Inline Cavity Inspection: Empty or partially filled cavities are detected before sealing, and affected blisters are rejected downstream with a batch record entry.
